1.证书领取时间：自2021年11月1日起，工作日上午9:00-11:30，下午2:00-5:00。
2.证书领取地点：天津市南开区卫津路92号天津市计算机软件职业技术学院教学楼一楼考试中心。
3.领取方式：请考生携带本人有效身份证件原件及复印件，到考试中心领取证书。
4.委托他人领取：如考生无法亲自领取证书，可委托他人代领。代领人需携带考生本人有效身份证件原件及复印件、代领人身份证件原件及复印件、委托书原件及复印件。
5.未领取证书处理：考生未在规定时间内领取证书的，视为自动放弃，证书将不再保留。

Thank you for participating in the 2021 Tianjin Computer Software Professional and Technical Qualification (Level) Examination. We would like to inform you about the certificate collection process:

4. Collection by others: If you are unable to collect the certificate in person, you may authorize someone else to collect it on your behalf.
